Job Responsibilities 

• You will be responsible for performing database queries, CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures. You will prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets, and demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools, with a strong drive for innovation.

  • Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database.
  • Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design.
  • Prepare test cases / scripts / data and execute manual / automated tests.
  • Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
  • Possess a strong drive to innovate & experiment in projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates from 2024 or 2025 graduated batch of 3-year UG degree in BCA, BSc - Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics with minimum 60% in academics. (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
• Candidates should possess consistent academic record with minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
• At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in the 3-year UG degree with no arrears.
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and any technology is mandatory.
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India.
