We invite you to join us as a Process Associate/Developer in the Data Analyst position within our dynamic organization, where curiosity, agility, and innovation flourish.

Genpact Data Analyst Hiring Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage reports and spreadsheets to track historical data and effectively handle email queues.
• Work closely with Operations teams to compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide real-time insights to Workforce Management (WFM), facilitating proactive staffing plan adjustments to ensure SLA compliance.
• Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders at various levels.
• Monitor variations in processes, markets, or queues, and proactively alert relevant stakeholders about volume changes by team or agent.

Genpact Data Analyst Hiring Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in managing large datasets and numerical data.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data organization and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills to recognize trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.
• Proficient in SQL Database management and Access Automation for analyzing complex datasets.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a bonus, showcasing proficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience or exposure to Data Science is advantageous.
