Educational Qualification

 

• 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM program with specializations in Marketing/Finance/ Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/related fields from a recognized university or college from the batch of 2026.

Application Process

Step 1. Login to the TCS NextStep Portal   Opens in new tab

Step 2. Register and Apply for the drive

• Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep Portal, 'IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

• Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as “IT” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your application form and click on 'Apply for Drive'.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test centre & then click on Apply.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check "Track your application". The status should be reflected as "Applied for Drive".

Points to be noted

This is an In-centre test and centre allotment would be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• You must have all your original academic documents to date, to be submitted at the time of the Interview (if you are shortlisted after the test).
• Communication related to the test will be informed to you by TCS iON – our test partner.
• TCS does not send job offers/any hiring related communication from unofficial email IDs like Gmail, Rediff mail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail etc.
• TCS does not ask candidates to deposit any money for employment offers.
• TCS is not associated with any external agency/company to conduct any interviews or make offers of employment on its behalf.
