Role Description 

• Candidate will be responsible for integration and test execution of RF, 5G, 4G protocol and performance, analyze and report sw defects, interwork with development teams in identifying potential fix and retest fixes. Also, responsible for the development of intelligent automation with Generative AI.

  • As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.

• Requirements

Responsibilities include test execution- RF, 5G/LTE Protocol, Performance and InterRAT testing. Candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging. Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for 5G and 4G capable phones. Must have good Python/Perl knowledge for test automation.
