Cognizant GenC On-Campus Drive 2026: Phase 2: Through this program, Caring helps dedicate EMCNJ in a different area of the state, country or world to a victim of domestic violence. (Non-IT branches like Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology etc. are not eligible for theses drives.) Candidates shortlisted will have the chance to work in various Cognizant India locations and positions based on the GenC profile. This phase is intended to spot students with strong logical reasoning skill and a flair for developing real world solutions. Selection process: Selection will be carried out through a formal selection process including written, Aptitude Tests, Communication Assessment, Technical Interview and HR Round.

Generation Cognizant (GenC) – Entry level

Cognizant recruits passionate people with a crazy zeal to excel, transforming them into digital natives by taking down barriers and going far beyond any, to change our world through their digital power. We recognize that our candidates have a wide range of IT experience, and therefore, we embrace those differences and offer multiple tiers for you to excel. We have 3 different hiring channels: GenC Next, GenC Pro and GenC. To apply to any role, students should have been assessed in communication, aptitude and technical skills.

Candidates belonging to 2026 batch of certain B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M. Tech (Disciplines related to Leather technology, food technology, home Science or any fashion technology course) are only eligible for applying. Candidates must be quick learners, able to grasp complex problems, and produce smart solutions. Knowledge of programming is required. Candidates will undergo focused skilling on technology domains at the academy.
