  • Strong grasp of English grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary to ensure clarity and professionalism across all channels.
  • Fully trained and able to seamlessly operate across email, chat, and voice support.
  • Ability to switch between channels based on business needs while maintaining quality and tone consistency.
  • Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and customer-first approach.
  • Skilled in Customer support and Issue resolution and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.
  • Exceptional written communication skill tailored for email and chat, with proper grammar, tone, and formatting.
  • Accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in support systems.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem solving
  • Ability to understand customer content, identify issues, and provide effective and timely solutions.
