- Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and customer-first approach.
- Skilled in Customer support and Issue resolution and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.
- Exceptional written communication skill tailored for email and chat, with proper grammar, tone, and formatting.
- Accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in support systems.
- Analytical Thinking & Problem solving
- Ability to understand customer content, identify issues, and provide effective and timely solutions.
