• 2+ Years of IT and user support experience
• 2+ Years using Service Now
• + Years of experience working with SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream
• Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Office 365 Admin Center
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize meetings and manage time effectively
• Exceptional ability to learn and adapt to the ever-changing technologies and business requirements
• Experience working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies
