Role                            :- Customer Support Associate

Qualification              :-  Any Graduate, Post Graduate

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive         communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • First line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues including remotely troubleshooting issues. 

  • Skills Required :
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Exceptional sense of urgency
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control - these might be resource or time constraints, the difficulty of the task or having insufficient knowledge required to complete the task, or unforeseen changes or problems.

    Job Location : Hyderabad (WFO)

    Working days : 5 Days (2 days rotational offs)
