Key Responsibilities :

•         Identify Opportunities - Continuously explore, evaluate, and induct new technology platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows ties
•          Eliminate Downtime - Engage in continuous and regular testing of the IT system for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events that can affect business continuity
•     Process Compliance - Ensure the systems adhere to the Information Security guidelines. Ensure up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities to comply with applicable protocols, governing standards and user manuals
•         Collaboration - Work closely with business and functional teams and develop a deep understanding of various operational processes in the relevant areas of implementation of frictionless and Straight Through Processing (STP) of business operations
•        Support - Ensure system availability and extend support during system downtime and technical exigencies. Work with cross-functional teams to create a technology stack that is scalable, resilient, and well governed
•         Service Orientation - Provide proactive resolution of potential IT-related queries and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with technology partners providing support

Key Qualifications & Requirements :

• Educational Qualification - B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA, or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution
•  Experience in technology - Experience as a software developer, business analyst, or technology manager in any industry
• Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand problems clearly.
• Be Up-to-date - Ability to ensure up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities so as to comply with applicable technology protocols, governing standards, and business user manual
• Market understanding - Quality to explore, evaluate, and induct new technology platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows
