Expectation and Tasks

• Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product and technical expertise
• Resolve customer cases/ incidents at the Development Support level.
• Ensure high quality of corrections and support packages.
• Take Knowledge transfer of new topics/code lines from colleagues within the team at quick pace
• Analysis and optimization of complex business processes as well as error analyzes in heterogeneous system landscapes with emphasis on Procurement logistics, distributed via SAP ERP, SAP S / 4HANA, SAP SRM and Ariba integration.
• High readiness to learn new innovations and technologies of S / 4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori and others and to apply the expertise in digital transformation to S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise
