Roles and Responsibilities
- Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi configuration.
- Customer satisfaction is our purpose; this is a HIGH TOUCH environment in which continual customer interaction is the norm.
- This includes setting up servers, workstations, storage arrays, basic networking, entering IP information in devices, and installing software.
- Capable of troubleshooting converged networks, IP/VOIP issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS.
- To resolve complex technical queries and issues of product functionality and defect correction as well as coordinating with the relevant stake holders for product support.
