• Scripting knowledge
• Good communication skills

  • ITIL / ITSM knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate Cloud recommendations report leveraging Azure tools
• Review the report for data completeness
• Come up with implementation schedule
• Collaborate with application teams to Cloud Right Sizing implementation
  • Emails
  • Calls
• Update tracker as per the requirement
• Implement Right Sizing recommendations as per the process
• Provision Cloud resources
• Drive P1 incidents, as applicable
