• Calls/Mails Monitoring 

• Infrastructure & Application Alert Monitoring 

• Logging, Classification, Prioritization, Triage & tracking incidents till closure

Educational Requirements:-

Bachelor Of Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering

Technical and Professional Requirements: 

• Knowledge on below, – Networks – Servers – Client-Server
