JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The selected team will deliver world-class technical
support for digital applications to different clients and consultants
globally.
- Customer handling skills.
- Perform End to End ticket management.
- Work on the Basis of ITIL concepts of Incident, problem
& change management.
- We need to give voice & non-voice support via
Calls, chats & email
- Comfortable to work in 24*7 rotating shift
Ø 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST,
Ø 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Ø 9:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST
Education Required:
- ANY GRADUATION & ANY POST GRADUATION Fresher’s
- 2018, 2019,2020,2021 & 2022 BATCHES
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication skills
- good logical thinking skills
Technical Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- 0-1
year experience
- Excellent Customer service (Phone / Chat / Emails)
- Excellent spoken English Language proficiency
- Proficient with MS-Office
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Exposure to application support, ITIL framework etc.
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Customer Service experience
- Comfortable to work in 24*7 environment

ROLE 2: System and Application Services Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Capable in object-oriented programming language such as
C#
- Good to have knowledge in developing web applications
using ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS3.
- Good to have knowledge in technologies like Angular 4
and ReactJs.
- Must have knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
- Good to know the basic design principles, of UI & UX design and prototypes etc.
