Job Description

  • Responsible for providing IT Infrastructure support covering cloud and on premise products like Windows, Cloud Computing, O365, End User Computing, Desk Side Services and other business applications to our global customers
  • Collaborate with 5.6+ Million Users globally to ensure seamless functioning of business
  • Work in partnership with various business domains like Banking, Finance, Insurance, Communications, Media, Retail, HealthCare, Life Sciences, Technology Consulting etc.
  • Provide expert solutions on infrastructure, applications, hardware and software installations and networking queries
  • Accountable for gathering information through client conversation and ensuring optimal resolution
  • To maintain business agreed timelines and resolve issues within that time line
  • Engage in business interactions with end users to provide innovative approaches

  • Candidate would need to hold 50% aggregate as per the school boards (10th & 12th std)
  • Candidates would need to hold a 50% aggregate as per respective university norms (all subjects taken into consideration) with no standing arrears in Graduation
  • Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond
  • Students applied for re-evaluation and waiting for results would be considered with the initial results score declared. Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms

  • Strong written and communication skills

Responsibility:-

Business/ Customer:

  • Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.
  • Understands Domain Process/sub process, functions, terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
  • For PV/Complaints Management Individuals in this role perform data entry of data received from Source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database While performing this activity the associate is responsible for meeting turnaround times and accuracy.

CODING:(same as SPE)

  • Perform coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.
  • Import uncoded terms in database and export coded medical terms from coding platform.
  • Query Management.
  • Create “New Term Request” and prioritize.
  • Perform Dictionary up versioning activity as and when required.

CDM:

  • Limited to study conduct activities.
  • Data review and Query management is done with assistance.
  • Limited email conversations with Client.
  • Every activity requires Peer QC by supervisor or allocated seniors.
  • NO INVOLVEMENT in Set Up and Migration activities.
  • Limited involvement of data pad locking activities during timelines of DataBase locks.

Project / Process:

  • Handles First level processing of assigned transactions, Complex problems (procedures/processes) are referred to Supervisor/Line Manager.
  • Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
  • Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.

Knowledge Management:

Responsibility:

Stakeholder/Business Management:

• Administering and helping to manage Client’s Product support for the customers who call/chat or email in the support center.

• Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process (INBOUND and Outbound calling).

• Client products to the customer (Analytics, YouTube etc).

• Efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients They work closely with the functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to increase the efficiency and productivity within the process They work with BD team to increase the span of services and add new clients.

• Create and manage Risk and mitigation plan based on discussion with project stake holders.

• They serve all clients through Account managers or in a few cases without any intervention of an account manager through various applications.
