Roles & Responsibilities:
Software Engineers are primarily responsible for:
• Planning:
o Understanding customer requirements.
o Assisting with project planning, scoping, prioritization.
o Providing estimates; Identifying task ownership.
• Design:
o Creating simple, flexible and comprehensive designs.
o Providing and soliciting design feedback.
• Implementation:
o Writing quality code at source.
o Authoring validation tests; Providing timely issue resolutions.
Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria:
• B. Tech / M. Tech / MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative
field with minimum CGPA of 7.5/10. Batch of 2022 (No Backlogs)
• Ability to write clean, well-crafted code with an emphasis on quality,
simplicity, durability, and maintainability.
• Consider customer’s perspective and experiences when implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver tasks on time; also exhibit the ability to
adapt to change.
• Provide estimates; author validation tests; provide timely issue resolutions.
• Communicate effectively to surface progress, risks and help needed within the
project team.

Functional Summary
Global Service Desk agents are the first point of contact
for Clients to resolve various business systems and applications related
problems; onsite engineering personnel; and Authorized Service Providers on
standard, specialized or complex systems. They are required to interact with
customers across geographies (through multiple support mediums) and provide
issue resolution / right responses, positively and in a professional manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
*Required to interact with customers across geographies (through multiple support mediums: Calls/Chats/Emails/Portals) and provide issue resolution / right responses, positively and professionally.
*Work within a standard protocol to respond to customer issues. Moderate judgment may be used to supplement the outlined process.
*Provide the most appropriate solutions through remote contact, probe problems and communicate in such a way that non-technical users can comprehend instructions and advice.
*Collaborate with other resolver groups to identify solutions that foster first call resolution.
Be proactive & anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time, and recommend necessary mitigation steps escalating to management's attention, where appropriate.
Job Specifications
*Excellent communication skills (English) in both written and verbal communication.
*Familiarity & hands-on experience with computer technology
*Familiarity with application support (preferred)
*Problem solving skills & accuracy in data entry.
*Experience in a phone based remote role, e-support, e-chat or similar (preferred)
*Flexible to work in rotational shifts 24x7

*Education: Pass grades in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
*Branch Allowed: All the Non-Engineering branches are eligible

Job Description
Working in Application Support means
you'll use both creative and critical thinking skills to maintain application
systems that are crucial to the daily operations of the firm. You'll work
collaboratively in teams on a wide range of projects based on your primary area
of focus: design or programming. While learning to fix application and data
issues as they arise, you'll also gain exposure to software development,
testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement, in addition to production
lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines. Finally, you'll have the
opportunity to develop professionally —and to grow your career in any direction
you choose. You will also be able to contribute to CCB SRE Transformation
through improvement in Non-Functional Requirement (NFR), defining SLI/SLOs and
reduce toil through automation.
This role requires a wide variety of
strengths and capabilities, including:

equivalent experience.
· Basic knowledge
of application development.
· Working knowledge
in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in
learning other coding languages and skills as needed.

knowledge of any automation tools and technology .

of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve
software.
